Our head chef Cédric Tennstedt, who has already operated the stove in many great houses in Belgium, is happy to conjure up delicious creations and seasonal dishes on your plate. Game, asparagus or how about mussels? On our wine list you will find several world wines, wines from France and Italy and champagne in abundance. Every Friday and Saturday evening and Sunday afternoon you can enjoy a varied buffet.
The reception, lounge bar and common areas are modern and trendy. The Van der Valk Hotel Nivelles-Sud also has 15 reception and seminar rooms, 155 rooms and a wellness center with indoor pool, whirlpool and fitness room where you can completely unwind.
