For Asian fusion, head to SHIZU Fusion, where Japanese cuisine meets modern influences on the menu. This restaurant is open Thursday through Saturday.

Hotel Sélys Liège has a total of 125 rooms, including 8 suites. All are spacious, comfortable, tastefully decorated and fully equipped. The rooms and suites are divided into Classic rooms, Classic rooms with a view, rooms for disabled guests, Deluxe rooms, suites and Royal Suite. The Royal Suite and Historical suite both have a Hästens bed. The rooms are located in the modern building Sauvenière and the suites in the former mansion Sélys Longchamps.
